2 Month Pediatrician Appointment

Rebecca had three shots today - poor little girl. She was very brave and only cried when they gave her the shots. Then when I picked her up she was OK. She is doing great and already is 22 1/2 inches (50-75%) and 14 lbs. 3 ounces (100% - basically off the charts). My good eater is sleeping 6.5 hours at a time and is our little angel bear!

Taekwondo

Daniel started Taekwondo at school tday - what a big boy! He seems to like it and learned something about 1-2-3 today.

Baby Shower at Holly's Office

My wonderful team had a baby shower for me and Rebecca today! Everyone loved meeting Rebecca and taking care of her while I did an interview. Plus the cake and cookies were amazing. I am very blessed to have such an amazing team.

Rebecca's First Day at Church

Rebecca went to church/nursery for the first time today! Plus we had a Rally Day picnic so everyone got to meet her after church. Trinity Presbyterian is very special to us b/c Pastor Stephen and Paula introduced us to the Gladney Center for Adoption. So I was very happy that Paula finally got to meet Rebecca! She told met that Rebecca got a huge smile on her face when I laughed (so precious). Plus our Pastor Becca got to finally meet Rebecca in person (two ladies with great names).

We had a wonderful day out at Reston Town Center - a great lunch at Passion Fish and then a long stroll aroud all the shops. All the ladies loved Rebecca.

Belated Labor Day Pics

Labor Day Cookout at Nana and Grandpa's - Rebecca Rose looking adorable in her dress with roses! It was a great day with family and all the kids enjoying themselves. Grandparents are the best!

Jen, Robyn and BJ come to visit Daniel on Friday as he was still recovering from his surgery. Of course they also got time with Rebecca!


Rebecca is definitely Daniel's little sister. She is fascinated by everything he is doing whenever he is in the room.

Robyn, BJ and Jen came over to hang out with Daniel. He had is tonsils and adnoids removed yesterday and the poor guy is in a lot of pain. Robyn and BJ definitely cheered him up plus he gets lots of chocolate ice cream and naps with Mommy.
