 Daniel is not so sure about posing with a wax version of President Lincoln.  Of course after  this picture we headed directly to the gift shop so he could buy an airplane.

 Daniel tries SO HARD and was SO GOOD while getting a wax hand made in the museum.  The wax was just too hot for him and he could not do the last couple steps.  Poor little guy.  So Holly got a wax hand  - all blue of course since blue is Daniel's favorite color!

Daniel and I headed off to Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in D.C. this morning with his great friend, Jenna, and her family.  Jenna loves the presidents and Daniel loves D.C. so we had a fun day.  Plus we had lunch at Subway and saw the White House!

A Great Thanksgiving - 2012

We had a delicious Thanksgiving meal with family!  Daniel managed to eat bread and cranberries this year (perhaps he was done with Turkey and Mashed Potatoes after his Thanksgiving Feast at Auburn this week). But he did enjoy the Pumpkin Pie made by Daddy.

Happy Thanksgiving - 2012

 Daniel with his friends from his class reciting a poem before the Thanksgiving Feast at Auburn.  We were so PROUD of him standing on stage and saying the poem!!!!  It was very special to see and hear.

 Daniel even eat turkey, mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce (made by the 4-6th grade class).  It was a very special celebration with all the kids and teachers at The Auburn School.

We had a blast at Frying Pan Farm Park on Tuesday.  Daniel made a new friend, Griffin, and he played on playground and really enjoyed the carousel.

Plus there were lots of animals to see including 13 piglets and chickens eating pumpkins!  Love being out with him at the park!
