Big Girl on the move

We all headed to the Air and Scare party at Udvar-Hazy Air and Space Museum even though it was snowing and sleeting today! Daniel loved seeing all the airplanes and the characters from Star Wars. (he was not happy about waiting in lines to get his picture taken). Rebecca walked around and said HI to everyone.

Daniel flew an airplane on a simulator and did not crash until the very end close to the runway (Daddy was helping). It was pretty much a mass of humanity and we arrived right when it opened. And Daniel was not ready to leave when we had to go!

Rebecca is doing great for her age! She was walking around for the doctor :)

Rebecca is 31 1/2 inches tall (75-90%) and 28 lbos 9oz (100%). Our big girl just keeps growing.

Today in preschool they were practicing saying "I love you"!

Rebecca's Milestones

So Rebecca can now say "touchdown" and lift her hands in the air. As you can imagine, Michael is thrilled. And she loves doing it for all of us.

Last night at dinner with Aunt Jen, Uncle Bennett, Robyn and BJ Rebecca drank out of a straw. She just looked at me like of course I know how to do this :)

And Rebecca said Daniel today very clearly. She has been trying to say his name for a little while and now she can. She loves him so much! And he loves her and calls her baby girl. It melts my heart.

We headed to Cox Farms with Jen, Bennett, Robyn and BJ for fifth year in a row. The kids absolutely love it! And we managed to hit a beautiful fall day. Daniel wanted to go on all the slides and Rebecca loved the bunny. We had a great time on the hayride as usual and this year we added the corn maze. It was a good time for all.

Rebecca and Daniel had a great time at the Halloween Party at Deltek. Daniel loved all the decorations and got candy at every single stop. Rebecca quickly learned from Daniel and also collected lots of candy. She managed to say HI to everyone :) Daniel got an airplane balloon and Rebecca got a butterfly balloon.
