Rebecca tried to potty train herself this week!  She is fascinated with going poop and pee-pee.  She actually went a couple times.  I cannot believe how determined she is (wonder where she gets that from?).

She is so much fun now that she is singing all the time and loves reading her Angelina Ballerina books.  When she sings Old MacDonald had a farm, she substitutes everyone and everything she knows into the song.

Her favorite word right now is YUP for yes.  It is just adorable the way she says it.

2012 Herndon Festival

 Rebecca's first ride ever at theHerndon Festival.  After the purple car we had to go back a second time for the pink car!  She really loved it.

 Daniel absolutely love this race car ride.  It wiped him around the corner at both ends of the track.  He went on it at least 3 times.  Poor Rebecca was sad that she was not old enough for this one.

 Ideal ride for little boys.  Made his day.

 The helicopter ride was a must.  Michael was not happy that they no longer let you move the helicopters up and down with manual bar control.

 Rebecca has the hang of the car ride the second time around!  Look at the perfect wave to Mommy and Daddy.

Daniel and I went on the Bear Ride which is like the spinning Tilt-A-Whirl. When we got on Rebecca lost it b/c Mommy was on the ride and not with her.  So Michael put her on his shoulders and she just cried and cried for Mommy.  It was the saddest thing I have ever seen her do. Another lady and her daughter joined us in our Bear and she felt bad for Rebecca.  The ride was AWESOME.  The spinning was very fast and the lady said, "Oh my goodness" so Daniel kept saying that the rest of the ride and laughing. 


Daniel and Rebecca had a super time at the Herndon Festival. Daniel went on the slides so many times that I lost count.  He also liked the house of mirrors with a maze to get to the top where you could then slide down.  Rebecca really enjoyed her car rides and wanted to go on a lot more with her brother (next year).
