More tickles from Rebecca.
We had a wonderful day at North Beach Plantation. We started out on the beach and ended up at the pools. Daniel made friends with a couple kids and they spent hours doing cannon ball jumps into the pool. Rebecca just makes up her own games in the pool and teaches them to Holly and Michael. We headed to Murrells Inlet to eat at Drunken Jack which is a place that Michael visited when his family used to go to Myrtle Beach. We arrived at 5:15pm and the wait was 1.5 hours. So we head next door and eat at Wahoos. It was delicious for the adults and the kids ate bread! Oh and Daniel had some of my mashed potatoes. Then we walked around the dock and it was beautiful. Lots of folks there for dinner. Daniel got to see folks trying to catch crabs. Plus they had goats and peacocks. Rebecca and Daniel decided that they want a boat - keep dreaming. On the way home we talked about going on rides, but it got to late and kids were tired. Becca was super mad that we were not doing the rides. So as a diversion, I recommended that we go to the candy store that I saw last night. The evening was saved!!! Candy makes everyone happy. And it especially good right before trying to get children to go to sleep.
